My booking is bed & breakfast and marked "non-refundable". My stay is more than 30 days away — can I cancel under the Package Tour Contracts Regulation?

No. Under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Package Tour Contracts Regulation, a package tour exists only where at least two of the following — transport, accommodation, and other tourism services not ancillary to them — are sold together for a single price. In a bed & breakfast booking, the breakfast is ancillary to the accommodation, so the booking does not qualify as a package tour. This means the terms written on your booking confirmation, voucher or contract apply.
