I made an early booking, but prices dropped afterwards. What can I do?

If the early booking campaign amounted to a price guarantee, you can take the matter to the consumer arbitration committee on that basis. Be careful, though: if the campaign was framed not around paying less but around securing early availability at hotels in popular destinations, your application may be rejected. Our personal tip is to prefer sellers who explicitly refund the difference if prices later drop.
