I'm a company accountant. An invoice was issued to our company, but when I call the agency to ask what it's for, they won't tell me. What should I do?

Have an authorised signatory of your company write a formal letter to the agency quoting the invoice details and asking which ticket or hotel stay it relates to. The agency or hotel will want to see the signatory's letter together with the company's certificate of authorised signatures.
