Airlines don't seem to follow the "lowest price of the last 30 days" discount rule. Can I complain to the Ministry?

Airline tickets are priced in real time (dynamic pricing). For that reason they are not treated as discounted sales subject to the 30-day rule in the discount guidelines. However, if the airline's advertising breaches other rules of the Regulation on Commercial Advertising and Unfair Commercial Practices, a complaint may still succeed.
